Shift: 12:30pm-9:00pm Wednesday through Sunday (Mon & Tues off)
Summary: Under the direction of the Executive Chef, Food Service Worker-Utility is responsible for a variety of tasks in relation to monitoring and maintaining dishware washing needs, dish room, and pots and pans area. See job description for a complete list of requirements and responsibilities.
Required Qualifications:

Ability to continuously stand and walk for the duration of an assigned shift
Additional Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain dishware washing needs, dish room, and pots and pans area.
Complete and return all appropriate temp or sanitation logs to manager at the end of each shift Clean all work areas 15 minutes prior to end of shift to allow manager or lead cook/crew leader to double check work areas
Inform management of damaged and unsafe equipment to be repaired or replaced
Clean all work areas and complete prep work 15 minutes prior to end of shift to allow manager or lead cook/crew leader to double check work areas
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests Maintain clean prep areas, coolers, shelves, and floors in all work areas Consistently provide high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
Assist with detailed sanitation in dining areas when necessary Work catering as deemed necessary for operational needs Other cleaning and utility related tasks may be assigned
