POSITION SUMMARY:
The Food Service Worker III, under minimum supervision, performs a wide range of food service duties. Directs and provides direction for Food Service Workers 1 & 2. This position is also expected to solve problems without need for direct supervision to assure quality service standards. Works with minimal or no supervision.
Work requires the ability to exchange information on factual matters, schedule appointments, greet visitors, explain Medical Center policies, and/or relay messages to appropriate personnel. This type of interaction requires courtesy and tact when dealing with patients, visitors, and/or Medical Center employees. More sensitive situations may be referred to others as appropriate
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/Certificate/GED required
- 2 years of Cooking experience required
- Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Work requires the ability to understand simple verbal instructions and to read and understand written instructions and two years of previous experience.
- No certification, registration, or licensure required.
- Work requires the analytical skills to gather and interpret data in situations in which the information or problems are relatively routine.
Shift: Part Time (30 hours)
Shift Start; 5:30am - 6:30am

Salary Range: Minimum $20.98/hour - Maximum $0.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
