Food Service Worker / Fast Food Crew Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Food Service Worker / Fast Food Crew Member to join our virtual support team. In this role, you will provide behind-the-scenes support to our in-store operations, assisting with order processing, customer service, online order troubleshooting, and coordination with delivery platforms. This is a fully remote position and ideal for individuals with fast food or food service experience looking to work from home.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive and manage incoming digital orders through mobile apps, kiosks, or online platforms.
Assist customers via chat, phone, or email with questions related to menu items, promotions, or orders.
Coordinate with on-site team members and third-party delivery drivers to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Troubleshoot order issues, substitutions, refunds, or delivery delays in real-time.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menus, ingredients, and allergy information.
Support inventory tracking or supply needs by monitoring stock reports.
Ensure excellent customer service aligned with brand standards.
Handle confidential customer information in accordance with data protection guidelines.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in fast food, food service, or call center/customer service preferred.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating point-of-sale systems, apps, and remote communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, POS systems).
Reliable internet connection and private, quiet work-from-home setup.
Availability for evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as needed.
