Job Summary - Responsible/accountable for day to day operations of a food service operation. Has basic cafeteria, food service, and cash register knowledge. Directs and supervises staff as defined by the Missouri Food Code and to accomplish all daily tasks.

- Preferred: 2+ years of food service, supervisor, or related experience
