Your Responsibilities Include: - Ensuring efficient execution of all fresh food and food service programs while complying with corporate and regulatory guidelines.
- Leading the selection, development, and training of team members in the food service department.
- Creating a pleasant shopping experience for guests and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Managing 24/7 execution of food service programs, including ordering and production planning.
- Meeting and exceeding food service performance and profitability goals according to corporate objectives.
- Overseeing inventory, product ordering, and maintenance of food service equipment.
- Analyzing food service trends and formulating action plans for profitability improvement.
- Implementing training and development for guest service associates to ensure proficiency.
- Adhering to safety, security, quality, and operational policies and practices.

Additional Requirements: - High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience in staff management, sales, and expense management.
- Minimum of two years in a fresh food environment, ideally in a management role.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Serv-Safe certification is preferred.
