Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Food Service Operations Manager to lead the dining operations at a single site within the healthcare market. As the Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring food quality standards, inventory levels, food safety guidelines, and customer service expectations are met, while following facility menus and relevant regulations. The role involves overseeing training, quality control, and in-servicing staff to meet HCSG standards, as well as maintaining records of income and expenditures. The ideal candidate will have a degree in food service management or hospitality, specialized training in foodservice management and nutrition, and at least two years of experience in quantity food production and personnel supervision.
