Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage all food service programs relating to fresh food in compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
  • Lead the selection, development, and training of associates within the department.
  • Ensure a pleasant experience for guests. Address complaints, gather feedback, and create a plan to exceed guest expectations.
  • Oversee the execution of food service programs, including ordering and production planning.
  • Achieve or exceed food service and beverage performance goals.
  • Ensure proper execution of operational efficiencies and adherence to planograms.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of products and ensure facility upkeep.
  • Analyze food service results and create action plans to enhance profitability.
  • Educate all associates on food service marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct training and performance management for guest service associates.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, security, quality, and operational policies.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as needed.
  • Experience in selecting, training, and managing staff in a food service environment.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a management role is preferred.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
  • Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
  • Serv-Safe certification preferred.
  • Ability to work in coolers and freezers, stand for long periods, and maneuver merchandise safely.
