What You'll Bring:

Your Responsibilities:
  • Prepare delicious menu items while adhering to safety standards.
  • Oversee scheduling and staffing; availability for emergency shifts is essential.
  • Manage front counter and prep areas alongside the staff.
  • Order supplies and maintain stock organization.
  • Recruit and train staff effectively.
  • Complete comprehensive training before opening.
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the shop to brand standards.
  • Perform weekly inventory counts accurately.
  • Delegate shift responsibilities to ensure operational excellence.
  • Maintain compliance with local health codes and departmental regulations.
  • Attend scheduled training meetings and facilitate staff development.
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Manage cash out procedures and prepare necessary reports.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as daily paperwork and payroll reconciliation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years in food service or retail management.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
  • ServSafe certification is preferred.

  • Capability to lift up to 40 lbs.
