Food Server

The food server is responsible for prompt, friendly, courteous, and professional service of food and beverage to our guest. Responsible for communicating with the front and back of the house team member's to provide a dining experience that meets and exceeds our guest expectations. Processes guest orders to ensure that all items are prepared properly and are delivered in a timely manner. Observe during the meal to ensure that all guests are satisfied with food and service. Respond to additional request and determine when the meal is completed. Executing the guest final check and checking one last time of guest satisfaction. When delivering check refer the guest to the cashier station for payment. Assist the bus team with stocking, removing and resetting tables. Ensure all side work is completed each shift before asking to leave.
