DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reports directly to the Restaurant Lead Server / Supervisor.
- Requires dependable, punctual attendance, willingness to work Holidays and flexible days or hours according to business demands.
- Requires the "teamwork attitude" and willingness to assist Management and co-workers as needed.
- The ability to perform the following Server tasks per the Food and Beverage Departmental SOPs:
- Greet the Guest in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
- Take the Guest's beverage and food order and recommend the food specials to the Guests.
- Enter the order into the POS (Point of Sale) terminal.
- Deliver the beverage orders to the Guests while being attentive to beverage refills as needed.
- Retrieve food orders from the Expeditor and/or Expedite Line (if the Expeditor is not present) and assist the Expeditor as needed.
- Deliver the food orders and serve the Guests.
- Perform "Table Check-backs" to ensure that the Guests are happy and "Wowed" by the food and service.
- Pre-bus your tables, be mindful of not interrupting or interfering with the Guest's dining experience.
- Present the Guest Checks, thank them for coming and invite them to please come back and visit the restaurant.
- Complete all Server side-work as described during the Training process.
- Assist the Server Assistants and/or Hosts as needed.
- Keep work area clean and organized in compliance with SNHD (Southern Nevada Health District) OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Administration) regulations and F&B Departmental SOPs.
