Job Summary:The Lambertville Restaurant and Inn, a member of Genesis Hospitality, is seeking for experienced and team-oriented candidates for the
Food Runner position. Candidate must be willing to work weekdays, weekends and/or holidays.
Responsibilities: - Set-up workstation before restaurant opens
- Make sure dishes presentable and with proper garnish
- Maintain plates, doilies and sauces
- Maintain communication with waiting staff and the Kitchen staff
- Make sure that all equipment is clean
- Re-stock workstation
- Always be polite and professional
Requirements: - Experience is a plus but not necessary
- Have working knowledge of the predominant language(s) of our guests
- Be able to lift, reach, bend, and stoop
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Punctuality and regular and reliable attendance

- The employee is frequently required to stand and walk
