Job Functions:- Responsible for providing service to all casino customers in an efficient courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of customer service
- Must be willing to work all shifts
- Picks up empty glasses and returns them to the proper area
- Works in assigned area, taking drink orders, presenting drinks to customers, clearing tables and serving food
- Maintains a clean station at all times and performs assigned side work duties such as stocking coffee, glasses, cream, sugar, beverage napkins, etc
- Possesses complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job
- Ensures that all guests are treated in a prompt, professional and courteous manner Knows the menu items, specials, and prices
- Completes all side work and other duties as assigned in a timely manner
- Offers assistance to all guests regardless of where they are seated
- Works to ensure a clean and sanitary work area at all times
- Handles any guest's complaints or problems in a prompt and courteous manner
- Keeps work area clean
- Ensures thorough communication between shifts
- Remains up to date on all Departmental Policies and Procedures
- Complies with all departmental rules, side work assignments, and departmental procedures
- Performs all other duties specified or assigned
Job Requirements: - Must be able to lift at least twenty (20) pounds at one time and grip necessary items (glasses, pens, pads, garnishments, money, etc.)
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time as well as bend, stoop, and twist while serving cocktails
- Must possess outstanding interpersonal communications skills to effectively interface with guests and team members
- Possesses ability to work under pressure
- Prior experience is helpful as well as a proven track record demonstrating sound judgment
- Is always clean and neat, in proper uniform, including nametag, I. D. badge, and slip resistant
- Ability to communicate with Team members and guests
- Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process
- Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
- Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing
