Position Overview The Banquet team supports and work with the banquet teams to provide an exceptional experience for all guests. This role assist with setup, break down, and service provided in banquet dining and events.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities - Our jobs aren't just about putting food on the table that our guests will enjoy until they ask for their bill. Instead,
- Build an experience that is memorable and unique - with food and drinks on the side.
- Take initiative and deliver a wide range of services to make sure food and beverage operations run smoothly.
- Setting tables for new customers.
- Assisting the kitchen with orders and process.
- Cleaning work areas and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Provides the support that make transactions feel like part of the experience.
- Creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.
- Assist with managing the menu (read and visually verify information), and taking a hands-on approach to work.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience - At least 2 years of related experience required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently (and in a team).
Work Conditions & Physical Demands - Work is performed indoors and outdoors in a commercial setting with regular exposure to cold, heat, noise, people, and equipment.
- Able to work independently or as a team member and support managers with special projects.
- Strong collaboration skills - works well across functional areas-excellent relationship-building skills; able to collaborate with various levels of the organization.

Expected Hours of Work & Travel Must be able to work various shifts when needed to cover during regular business hours, including weekends and evenings.
