Now Hiring: Food Production Operator - 2nd Shift Mindoro, WI
Pay: $20.24/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM (one weekend per month with a weekday off before and after) We're seeking a reliable Food Production Operator to join our team. If you have strong attendance, enjoy working in a team, and want to grow in a stable company, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities:
•   Perform all tasks in the manufacturing process according to standards
•   Crumble cheeses and support production stages
•   Inspect equipment for proper operation and safety
•   Complete required paperwork and follow procedures
•   Follow GMPs, quality, cleaning, and sanitation guidelines
•   Accurately record production counts
•   Operate and troubleshoot equipment
•   Assist with clean-up and other departments as needed Requirements:
•   Consistent attendance and reliability
•   Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
•   Positive team attitude and willingness to assist where needed Benefits:
