Wage: $19.94/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM
(plus one weekend per month with offsetting weekdays off) Looking to join a close-knit team where your work matters every day? We're hiring reliable Food Production Operators for a try-before-hire opportunity with a respected production facility in Mindoro, WI. This is a first shift position where you'll gain hands-on experience throughout the process-from start to finish. What You'll Be Doing :
•   Follow all production standards and operational procedures
•   Inspect and operate equipment safely and efficiently
•   Record accurate production counts
•   Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
•   Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
•   Assist in other areas of production when needed What We're Looking For :
•   Strong attendance and reliability
•   Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
•   A team-player attitude
