Royal Perth Yacht Club (RPYC) is located just 10 minutes from the Perth CBD on the picturesque banks of the Swan River. As WA's premier yacht club, RPYC offers sporting, dining, and social experiences to its Members and guests. The club is currently seeking a part-time Food & Beverage Supervisor/Team Leader to support its vibrant hospitality team. The role requires a minimum of 30 hours per week and offers an hourly rate between $26 and $32.
The Role Report to the Food & Beverage Manager
Lead and motivate a small, enthusiastic team
Maintain a positive and professional work environment
Train staff and uphold consistent service standards
Manage daily service and event operations from setup to pack-down
Liaise with kitchen and management teams
Ensure exceptional service for Members and guests
Support compliance with HACCP and Food Safety standards
Candidate Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to:
Have previous experience in a supervisory/team leader hospitality role
Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills
Exhibit a hands-on and team-oriented approach
Be flexible with availability, including weekends and late nights
Hold or be willing to obtain an Approved Manager's Card
Present with immaculate grooming and attention to detail
Possess good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Have a Police Clearance
Understanding of financial targets and operational efficiencies is a plus
