We are seeking an experienced and dedicated F&B Supervisor to join our team. As the F&B Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction. This is a leadership role that requires strong management skills and a passion for delivering high-quality food and beverage experiences.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the food and beverage department
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff members to provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Oversee food production and preparation processes to maintain quality standards
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and financial transactions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry with a good restaurant and bar background
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of food production, preparation, and presentation techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in computer systems and software relevant to food and beverage management
