The Role:

  • Support your team in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Work in various areas such as Bar, Restaurant, Breakfast, Room Service, and Conference & Events
  • Represent the outlet, communicating effectively with kitchen and guests to ensure a memorable experience
  • Greet guests politely and professionally, demonstrating excellent customer service
  • Maintain a visible presence in your working area
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer requests and queries
  • Learn from customer complaints to improve service
  • Handle guest complaints courteously and efficiently to ensure satisfaction
  • Have good knowledge of hotel services and products
