Job Summary: As the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will oversee the operation of two vibrant venues year-round. Your key areas of responsibility will include enhancing team performance, driving sales growth, managing costs effectively, providing training, creating menus, and retaining talented employees. Prior coffee shop experience is essential.
Base Salary Range: $64,480 - $89,463 per year

Essential Responsibilities: - Achieve operational objectives through excellence in production, quality, and guest service.
- Enforce sanitation and compliance standards.
- Collaborate on menu planning and control food costs.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism.
- Maximize profitability and maintain ambience standards.
- Assist in both kitchen and front-of-house operations as necessary.
Management Responsibilities: - Lead a dynamic team, focusing on hiring, training, and employee performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement in operational and service standards.
- Manage budgets and labor requirements effectively.
Competitive Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree.
- 3+ years in a high-volume coffee shop with deli and bakery focus.
- 2+ years of experience in high-volume back of house roles.
- 1+ year of experience with sushi-grade cuisine.
- 5 years of Food & Beverage Management experience is preferred.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods, occasionally lift up to 25 lbs, and adapt to varying indoor and outdoor conditions. Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment is essential.
