Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations and ensure excellence in guest services across restaurants, bars, and banquet operations.
- Collaborate with F&B leadership on strategic planning, operational objectives, and action plans to enhance service and quality.
- Lead effective teams through hiring, training, coaching, and performance management, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.
- Support staff in delivering exceptional guest service while anticipating and addressing guest needs.
- Work with culinary teams to ensure food quality and presentation meet established standards.
- Assist during peak times in various guest-facing roles.
- Manage food storage and inventory while ensuring compliance with health standards.
- Monitor costs and reduce waste in collaboration with the culinary team.
- Ensure all areas comply with safety and cleanliness standards through regular audits.
- Oversee scheduling and payroll accuracy with HR support.
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and coordinate repairs as needed.
- Participate in inventory management to control costs effectively.
- Facilitate pre-shift meetings and service audits to maintain high guest satisfaction scores.
Basic Qualifications: - High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of leadership experience in food & beverage
- Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proven ability to drive business results and enhance employee engagement
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Knowledge of food service, guest relations, and safety protocols
- Familiarity with hospitality software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Cleansing background check and drug screening
- Proficient in food safety standards
Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field
- 2+ years in a managerial role
- Manager-level food safety certification
- Manager-level alcohol safety training certification
- Effective communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with kitchen and bar equipment maintenance
- Prior management experience in hotels or resorts
- Strong analytical skills to monitor business performance
- Experience in workplace safety compliance
Physical Requirements: - Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
