We have an immediate opening for a Food & Beverage Manager supporting The Lodge, events and other outlets across Black Butte ranch. The F&B Manager oversees every step of the guest culinary experience with a focus on exceptional service delivery through an engaged, skilled staff. This position reports to the Food & Beverage Director and is responsible for a fine dining restaurant, lounge, private dining, banquets/events, snack bar and beverage cart operations, managing a large front of house team and collaborating closely with the Executive Chef.
Our ideal applicant has at least five years of food and beverage management experience in a multi-outlet environment that includes fine dining, catering and events, is passionate about mentoring and developing front of house staff, takes a collaborative approach to leadership, and knows how to drive revenue. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position. Salary range is $70,000 - $80,000/yr, based on skills and experience.
