Description
The Food & Beverage Coordinator is responsible for assisting in all facets of the Food & Beverage experience including guest-facing positions, kitchen positions, and catering orders. The Food & Beverage Coordinator is supervised and evaluated by the Food & Beverage Manager and/or the property General Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist in the recruitment, hiring, on-boarding, training, development, scheduling and supervision of Food & Beverage team members.
• Monitor quality control, sales and costs.
• Assist in producing and managing the budget to ensure revenue and program service goals are achieved.
• Assist in monthly inventory and financial reporting.
• Assist in evaluating health and safety practices.
• Assist in inventory management and make orders when necessary.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed, required, or assigned by supervisory personnel (F&B Manager, Manager on Duty, etc.) and/or the General Manager. Requirements

• Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
• Minimum of three (3) years of related experience and/or training; Associate Degree from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience
• Ability to maintain auditable records using accepted accounting practices and/or standards
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to de-escalate highly emotional situations and resolve situations to benefit the company and the guest
• Basic skills in Google Suite as well as Point-of-Sale software
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess the following:
