Restaurant Manager Qualifications: - 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant with a scratch kitchen
- Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification
- Strong sense of urgency and capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations
- Results-driven and team-oriented
