Food Trends Catering & Events, a woman-owned, family-run business with over 25 years of experience, is seeking a Food and Beverage Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bustling culinary facility.

Your Role:
As Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating all aspects of back-of-house production and culinary logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and Supporting
- Managing a team of 15+ dispatch, delivery, and sanitation staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Overseeing Business Operations - Multitasking across departments (sales, culinary and delivery) to ensure deliveries go out on time with everything there.
- Inventory & Supply Chain Management - Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and expediting deliveries while overseeing the delivery team.
- Hiring, Training & Team Management - Recruiting, training, and managing employees to maintain operational efficiency.
- System & Process Optimization - Creating, maintaining, and improving operational systems (we use Microsoft 365 and Netsuite)
- Issue Resolution & Compliance - Troubleshooting operational issues and ensuring adherence to cleanliness and health standards.
- Project Management - Handling ad hoc projects and ensuring their timely completion.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a high-volume catering or restaurant kitchen
- Strong leadership, organization, and time management skills
- Hands-on, team-oriented approach with attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adjust to fast-changing priorities
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, food safety practices, and basic logistics
