Qualifications We're Looking For: - 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant with a scratch kitchen.
- Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
- Strong sense of urgency and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.
- Results-driven with a team-oriented approach.
