Key Responsibilities
- Manage all Food and Beverage outlets, conference, and banqueting operations
- Maintain high standards of customer service
- Ensure compliance with brand standards
- Recruit, manage, train, and develop the Food and Beverage team
- Handle guest queries efficiently
- Manage budgets related to Food, Liquor Costs, and Payroll
- Set departmental targets, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures
- Conduct monthly stock takes
- Incentivize team members to maximize sales and revenue
- Perform annual and mid-year appraisals with team members
- Be environmentally conscious
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation
Candidate Requirements
- Management experience in Food and Beverage
- Ability to meet financial targets
- Work well under pressure
- Willingness to develop team members and oneself
- Flexibility to adapt to various work situations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
