Key Responsibilities - Operational Leadership: Direct and coordinate activities of the food and beverage departments, ensuring adherence to established operational standards and maximizing profitability.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise food and beverage staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Guest Experience: Interact with guests to promote food and beverage offerings, ensuring a pleasant visit and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor financial targets, implement cost controls, and conduct regular financial reviews to ensure profitability.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with national programs such as the Core Beverage Program and Approved Product List, maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.
Qualifications - Previous experience in a food and beverage leadership role.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
