Your role as our Hospitality Hero
- Coordinating and running promotions and offers
- Managing cash and payment systems
- Maintaining stock levels aligned with gross profit margins
- Ensuring all team members are properly trained
- Taking on duty manager responsibilities when required and resolving guest queries and feedback
