Assists management in daily operations. This position is designed to really be an entry level to management by learning the ropes of restaurant operations through some hands-on experience.
Duties & Responsibilities: What you're good at:

What you'll do:
Opening the restaurant:
Will follow our guide for how to correctly and effectively open the restaurant.
Closing the restaurant:
Will follow our guide for how to correctly and effectively close the restaurant.
Be available to fill in as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.
Throughout the shift:
Updating 86 menu items
Specials
Assist management in conflict resolution
Assist management in comps/voids/guest complaints
Help direct and drive staff
Help execute caterings
Help control flow of business
Help manage safety and sanitation
Assist manager with overall operation
Assist in all catering operations.

Pay:
$16/hr base pay plus tip pool. (estimated $18 to $24)
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalency.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Has held the position of a bartender for at least 6 months.
Have knowledge of service and food and beverage for at least 2 years.
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours or more).
Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 30 pounds.
