Responsibilities: - Overseeand manage all front of house operations, including customer service, staffsupervision, and inventory control.
- Ensuresmooth and efficient operations by coordinating with kitchen staff, servers,and other team members.
- Trainand develop front of house staff to provide exceptional customer service andmaintain high standards.
- Handlecustomer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timelymanner.
- Monitorand maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring apleasant dining experience for guests.
- Managereservations, seating arrangements, and waitlist to optimize table turnover.
- Collaboratewith the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders.
- Implementand enforce health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with food handlingregulations.
Skills: - Strongleadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellentcustomer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional diningexperiences.
- Previousexperience in restaurant management or hospitality industry preferred.
- Knowledgeof food handling procedures and safety regulations.
- Abilityto handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Proficientin inventory control to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Strongorganizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize taskseffectively.
- Excellentcommunication skills to interact with customers, staff, and vendors.
