Sports Flooring Foreman
Location: Lowell, MA (Must live within 45 minutes)

About the Role:
We're looking for a hands-on Foreman to lead commercial flooring installation crews. Experience in sports flooring is a plus, but we welcome backgrounds in commercial flooring, hardwood flooring, concrete work, and carpentry. The right candidate is a strong leader who can run a job site efficiently while fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage flooring installation crews Ensure top-quality work and efficient project execution Maintain a productive, team-oriented atmosphere Communicate effectively with crews and project managers Operate flooring installation tools and equipment Troubleshoot job site challenges and implement solutions Enforce safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications:
Experience in commercial flooring, hardwood flooring, concrete work, or carpentry Prior foreman or crew leadership experience preferred Strong communication & leadership skills Ability to lead by example & work hands-on Valid driver's license & good driving record
