Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship.
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Must have a bachelor's degree by the start of the program.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications: - At least one (1) year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
- Experience in a leadership role or managing teams.
- Familiarity with selling floorcovering products.
- Experience using timekeeping or CRM systems.
- Willingness to relocate for future roles.
- Multilingual skills, especially fluency in Spanish, are a plus.
