Key Responsibilities: - Support sales efforts while servicing wholesale customers.
- Assist in developing and implementing installation plans to achieve our sales and profit goals.
- Work with sales representatives on measuring and product specifications.
- Ensure accurate measurement and cutting of customer orders.
- Conduct on-site inspections for quality assurance.
- Manage installer transactions through our store operating system.
- Identify training needs for floorcovering installations.
Minimum Requirements: - At least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Legally authorized to work without needing sponsorship.
- Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
- Experience in selling or installing floorcovering products.
- Certification by the Carpet and Rug Institute.
- Ability to communicate in more than one language, especially Spanish.
