Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate
Floor Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and proven experience managing both day-to-day floor operations and private events. This is a hands-on role requiring energy, attention to detail, and a dedication to exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily dining room and private events operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Lead and motivate front-of-house staff, providing training, support, and guidance
- Collaborate with the events team to plan, coordinate, and execute private events seamlessly
- Ensure adherence to service standards, cleanliness, and safety protocols
- Act as the main point of contact for guest concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Manage staff schedules, floor plans, and shift coverage efficiently
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar to coordinate timing and service flow
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor, supporting staff and enhancing the guest experience
Requirements: - 2+ years of floor management experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant
- Experience coordinating and managing private events
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
