Charlotte's Float Spa, where everyone from the average 9-5er to professional athletes come to float for recovery and relaxation, is currently hiring. The best part? We are looking for energetic, ambitious, and personable individuals who are passionate about health and wellness. Candidates must be proficient with sales and customer service, and also be willing to contribute to cleaning and maintaining the spa.
The Role:
- Welcome customers by greeting/shaking hands and making a comforting first impression
- Direct customers by guiding them through their first float therapy session, or catching up with existing clients and showing them to their float suite. Advise customers by providing information on floating
- Convert and/or upsell first-time floaters to long-term members. Ability to sell membership packages, float packages, and gift cards is a must.
- Process payments, packages, memberships, gift cards. We only offer one service, which makes memorizing the menu easy.
- Use judgment to solve customer requests
- Maintain full working knowledge of all spa specials, services, memberships and packages to effectively communicate and sell to customers
- Maintain scheduling commitments is a must.
- Passion for cleanliness. We self-clean the rooms and pods in between floats and maintain all cleaning of the facility
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
Qualifications:
- Must be willing to float.
- Attention to detail while cleaning
- Saturday and Sunday hours required
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication skills, i.e. talking to people
- Able to problem solve if an issue arose
- Not afraid to promote self-care
- Did we mention not afraid of cleaning
- Sales experience is a plus
