Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Houston, TX for a Flight Coordinator / Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for coordinating flights, planning flight logistics, and preform some sales and marketing projects. Day-to-day tasks include customer service, handling communications with clients, coordinating with medical teams, and overseeing flight schedules. This role requires a high level of organization and attention to detail to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in Flights, Flight Planning, and Aircraft operations
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Medical filed expirances is a must
- Previous experience in sales and marketing is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business, Marketing, medical or a related field preferred
