This role will report from our office in Camden,NJ and will be responsible for using our third-party systems to drive information and generate reports. As the Fleet Systems Specialist, you will help manage these systems, serve as support to the business, and be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for these platforms in order to best support our operations. Primary Role /The Specialist, Fleet Systems Support is responsible for ensuring the functionality and operation of fleet systems are maintained and leveraged to their maximum potential. This is a customer-oriented role with a focus on solving business partner needs in a timely and effective manner. Provide customer solutions related to the fleet systems Position to review data and workflows, provide training and support, and be the centralized administrator for the fleet systems. This role coordinates key department activities and develops departmental communications and training plans. This role is integral in supporting all areas of fleet operations by providing general operational and administrative support to fleet department leadership./ Key Accountabilities Assists in the administration of several fleet systems including governance over user access, reporting functionality, system functionality, and data integrity. Resolve system issues in a timely manner Provides general administrative support for day-to-day managerial and departmental needs and special projects, which may include but is not limited to composing correspondence, preparing and distributing meeting minutes, initiating purchasing transactions, monitoring expenses, and other duties as assigned. Assists in developing and facilitating training for system users and coordinating other fleet related training programs and workshops. Prepares and distributes fleet department communications to various levels throughout the business and develops business presentations as needed. Prepares and distributes fleet reports on a wide variety of items including regulatory compliance, fleet systems, budgets, and work processes. Supports the fleet department in the delivering specials projects and initiatives Works collaboratively with other functions and business operations to optimize system performance and enhance stakeholder experience. Knowledge/Skills Understands core concepts of data management conventions and reporting. Fundamental knowledge of fleet management principles and best practices (preferred). Intermediate level experience with computerized systems, database management and spreadsheet and word-processing programs to manipulate data and create reports. Strong knowledge of computer software such as MS Word, Excel and Outlook Effective quantitative and analytical skills; attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communication skills (e.g., fluency in report writing and presentations). Effective interpersonal skills (e.g., persuasion, negotiation, listening, cooperation, tact, diplomacy, problem solving, internal consulting) Strong project management skills (e.g. planning, organizing, directing, monitoring and reporting on project activities, managing concurrent projects). Experience/Education Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business, finance or related field required.
