Our Operations Value Chain department is seeking a Fleet Operations Intern to support Fleet Operations with a primary focus on data migration and the rollout of our new Fleet and Building Maintenance and Cost Tracking System.

Main Accountabilities

Exciting opportunity to gain Hands-on experience by:


  • Contribute to the seamless data migration from our Global Fleet database to our innovative Fleet and Building Maintenance and Cost Tracking System.

  • Provide essential administrative support, including generating reports, exporting data, and creating custom dashboards.

  • Conduct detailed audits of vehicle title binders to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Assist in the efficient management of vehicle disposals.

  • Collaborate closely with the Fleet team and customer service centers, offering valuable support and gaining cross-functional experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field

  • Interest in fleet operations, transportation management, or logistics

  • Experience in administrative support or data management (a plus)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (experience with data analysis and reporting is a plus)

  • Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail

  • Ability to interpret data and identify trends

  • Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
