Our Operations Value Chain department is seeking a Fleet Operations Intern to support Fleet Operations with a primary focus on data migration and the rollout of our new Fleet and Building Maintenance and Cost Tracking System.

Main Accountabilities Exciting opportunity to gain Hands-on experience by:

Contribute to the seamless data migration from our Global Fleet database to our innovative Fleet and Building Maintenance and Cost Tracking System.

Provide essential administrative support, including generating reports, exporting data, and creating custom dashboards.

Conduct detailed audits of vehicle title binders to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Assist in the efficient management of vehicle disposals.

Collaborate closely with the Fleet team and customer service centers, offering valuable support and gaining cross-functional experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience -
Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field

Interest in fleet operations, transportation management, or logistics

Experience in administrative support or data management (a plus)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (experience with data analysis and reporting is a plus)

Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail
