- We pay:
- Preferred Carriers: 85%
- A Preferred Carrier is a owner operator driver that has his/her own authority, tractor (semi-truck), trailer and insurances
- Owner Operators: 71% or 78%
- 71% - Owner Operator driver that will be operating under Fuentes & Sons' authority and will need trailer, insurance, and apportioned plates.
- 78% - Owner Operator driver that will be operating under Fuentes & Sons' authority and will need insurance, but has his/her own trailer

Fuentes & Sons Flatbed Owner Operator Driver Requirements:
- Owner Operator Driver must have a valid CDL-A
- Truck Driver must have 6 months of verifiable OTR experience in the last 3 years
- Owner Operator Driver must own tractor that passes a DOT Inspection
- Owner Operator Driver must be 25 years old
- Truck Driver must be willing to Drive OTR Routes across the Western 11 States
