Pay: $0.564 per mile, $18.45 per stop, $23 detention after one hour, $23 per diem, averaging $1400 weekly.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, starting between 5-6 a.m., with weekends off. Operations in WI and UP of Michigan.
Equipment: Drive assigned late-model equipment.
