It's an exciting time for the brand, and we're seeking a Flagship Store Manager to join our growing Meadowhall team.

The Store:

As the Flagship Meadowhall Store Manager, you will lead and inspire a team to achieve excellent results through your commerciality, collaboration, resilience, and customer obsession.

You will be responsible for shaping the shopping experience, inspiring your team of fashion enthusiasts, and creating memorable shopping journeys. This is your chance to influence the future of fashion.

The Role:

You will lead a large team within the shopping centre, fostering a customer-obsessed environment that allows our customers to express their individuality and style through fashion. You will support your team to deliver results while ensuring they enjoy the process.

Accountable for your store's performance, you will work closely with your Territory Leader, Support Manager, and Visual Manager to identify opportunities impacting KPIs, customer service, team development, and sales - embodying a 'playing to win' mindset.

As a Flagship Store Manager, you will champion a customer-centric atmosphere, ensuring excellent service and unique shopping experiences that help customers express their style and personality, making each visit memorable.

About you:
  • Previous experience managing a flagship store for a brand
  • Experience managing multiple sites or as an area manager
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team of 20+ staff
  • Passion for the New Look brand
  • Track record of exceeding KPIs and business objectives
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities
