Job Description:

• Customer Service Specialists needed to answer calls from high school and college students concerning Client scholarships and grants.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Comfortable using computers.
• Experience working with customer support a plus
