Automotive Fitter - 12.24ph - Monday to Friday - Overtime Available

Based in Heathfield - Newton Abbot

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Automotive Fitters for a well-established and growing automotive company in the South West. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for cars and vans to join a supportive team, working on new vehicle conversions tailored for mobility access.

• Strip and refit new vehicles to bespoke customer specifications

• Use of hand and power tools essential

• Work within a team to meet deadlines and quality standards

• Training provided with potential for long-term career development

• Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 4:30pm

• 40 hours per week + overtime paid at time and a half

• Pay rate: 12.24 per hour

• NVQ or Diploma in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (Level 1, 2, or 3)

• Previous experience using hand tools

• Strong interest in automotive or mechanical work

• A good work ethic and willingness to learn

• Full-time hours with consistent shifts

• Opportunity to go permanent after probation

• Overtime available

• Work on brand new vehicles in a clean, professional environment
