Excited to bring on new team player to join our Recreation department. Seeking Fitness Instructor in MAT PILATES that will focus primarily on helping our members desiring to "LIVE a healthier lifestyle".

How our Fitness Instructors / Trainers will make our members experience exceptional

Essential Responsibilities

• Instruct Group Fitness classes for all skill levels and be able to explain the exercises in a clear and efficient manner
• Monitor members progress and adapt programs as needed
• Ensure in making meaningful connections with our members and know how to motivate them to perform the highest standard of fitness activity.
• Asses members and their guests' physical condition and create unique workout routines for them
• Demonstrate a positive and encouraging attitude towards all students and be kind and patient with them
• Make students feel comfortable before, during and after classes
• Ensuring members are using correct form at all times
• Setting up and cleaning of studio or gym
• Instruct using proper form to avoid injuries

QUALIFICATIONS:

• First Aid and CPR certified
• Current certification from A.C.E., A.C.S.M. or similar accredited college program
