Fitness Equipment Service Engineer, you'll play a key role installing, maintaining, and servicing their premium fitness equipment - ensuring every client has the best experience possible.
What You'll Do: - Execute jobs following defined Standard Operating Procedures
- Meet performance targets like TTS, FTFR, and JMR3
- Manage your inventory of spare parts with accuracy
- Educate customers on proper use and maintenance of equipment
- Perform root cause analysis and identify solutions
- Complete work orders and service reports accurately
- Provide structured feedback on product issues
- Communicate ETAs and updates to customers
- Escalate and reassign service calls when needed
- Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle in safe condition
- Follow all health & safety guidelines
Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Communications, or related field
- Strong mechanical and electronic troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable using mobile tools and apps
- Basic knowledge of IT networking is a plus
- Experience managing service orders and customer requests
- A team player with strong communication and transparency
