As a Fitness Coach at Orangetheory, you will lead heart-rate-based, technology-enhanced workouts that leave our members feeling fantastic. You'll be the vibrant energy our members anticipate each day, making them feel like essential contributors to the community.
What You'll Do: - Guide and motivate members during our comprehensive, pre-designed workouts.
- Assist members in setting and achieving their personal fitness goals.
- Ensure members maintain safe and effective form, providing corrections when necessary.
- Share your expertise in heart-rate-based training and stay current on industry trends.
- Confidently demonstrate proper use of all studio equipment.
- Be an encouraging team player committed to delivering an exceptional experience for every member.
Requirements: - AED/CPR certification.
- A current fitness certification (or in progress) from an approved entity such as ACE, ACSM, NASM, NSCA, ISSA CPT with an NCCPT exam, NCSF, or AFAA (exam completion before October 23, 2023, post-recertification accepted).
- 1-2 years of group fitness or personal training experience preferred.
