Overview: As a Fitness Coach, you will design and implement diverse personal training sessions that cater to various clients. You will also work under the guidance of the Fitness Director to build a robust client network and attract new clients to our personal training program.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide an exceptional fitness experience to every member.
- Conduct orientation sessions that include member assessments and goal-setting.
- Craft tailored fitness programs that align with individual member goals.
- Grow and maintain your own personal training clientele.
- Exhibit commitment to the member experience, ensuring cleanliness and high engagement levels.
Job Duties: - Develop safe and effective workout plans.
- Implement exercise regimens for a diverse range of members.
- Keep detailed records of client progress.
- Achieve a minimum of 12 training hours each week.
- Engage in member outreach using various prospecting techniques and activities.
- Foster relationships during floor hours to meet training targets.
- Work towards a 20 percent booking rate during defined engagement points.
- Qualify potential clients using our assessment tools.
- Maintain an accurate personal schedule and availability.
- Plan time-off procedures in advance for seamless client transitions.
- Submit session forecasts to management monthly.
- Adhere to professional conduct and ethics guidelines.
- Comply with club procedures regarding facilities, services, and emergencies.
- Complete required in-house training sessions.
- Be available for early morning, evening, and weekend shifts as needed.
- Take on additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal.

Education and Certifications: - Certification in personal training from a nationally recognized body.
- Current CPR/AED certification.
