Under direction of Fitness Center Management, executes and ensures daily operations are performed as per established polices & practices. Ensures facilities remain clean and the staff promotes a friendly atmosphere while assisting patrons with questions and equipment needs. Provides superb customer service to military patrons
Responsibilities - Ensure fitness center rules, regulations and safety practices are properly enforced
- Ensure security and accountability of equipment and property
- Ensure cleanliness/serviceability of equipment
- Maintain accurate event/facility attendance records for programs
- Handle telephone inquiries, greet visitors, and provide information as needed
- Assist with special events within the department
- Performs other related duties as required
Qualifications - High school diploma
- Valid driver's license
- Customer service experience, preferably in a fitness center type environment
- Must be available to work any/all shifts as needed (Shifts vary early AM-late PM)
- Must be willing to work on holidays
