LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Boston, MA is seeking an experienced Firm Administrator to join their team.
This position is fully onsite. Law firm experience required.
Responsibilities:
• Managing daily functions of the firm
• Handling human resources including recruiting, hiring, and onboarding employees
• Acting as a liaison between the firm and an external PEO provider
• Working collaboratively with the internal finance team
• Overseeing the firm s business functions
• Supervising professional staff
• Providing general administrative management support
Requirements:
• 3+ years of recent law firm administrator experience
• Bachelor s Degree preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work well independently
The anticipated salary range for this position is between $100,000-$150,000 per year depending on experience.

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
