Firm Administrator - Boutique Law Firm in Atlanta (In-Office)
Our client, a litigation boutique, seems a law firm administrator to join their team.
This key role will oversee administrative operations, personnel management, billing, payroll, benefits, and IT systems to keep the firm running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
Supervise and train administrative staff (small team of legal assistants)
Oversee HR functions, hiring, and employee benefits
Assist with light billing, payroll, and accounts payable
Manage IT systems, facilities, and vendor relationships
Support firm leadership (managing partner) in strategic operations
Who You Are:
️ Experienced in law firm administration or similar roles
️ Skilled in bookkeeping, AP/AR and billing software (Timeslips experience is a plus.)
️ A problem-solver with excellent organizational skills
️ An experienced leader who enjoys working with people and supporting them
